Fixed Term Promotions Marketing Lead - Hamilton Warehouse

PROMOTIONS/MARKETING LEAD – FIXED TERM COVERING PARENTAL LEAVE FROM JANUARY 2026 TO SEPTEMBER 2026

Are you a logical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment? Do you love bringing campaigns to life through seamless planning, clear communication, and flawless execution? We’re looking for a Promotions Marketing Lead to join our team and take ownership of our promotions planning and co-ordination and our point-of-sale (POS) promotional set ups.

This is a fixed term role covering parental leave and is based at the Caroline Eve support office in Tamahere and is 40 hours per week.We are an office-based company, so you will need to be in the office Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.

About the Role

As our Promotions Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing promotional strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth. You will manage the small promotions and marketing team and collaborate closely with the Managing Director and the buying team to ensure consistent and creative campaign delivery across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

·Develop, plan and lead the promotional marketing calendar

·Set up promotions in our point of sale system, including testing and problem-solving

·Co-ordinate and launch seasonal and product-specific promotions

·Analyse campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements

·Management of the promotions and marketing team (2 x graphic designers, 1 x marketing assistant)

What We’re Looking For:

·Proven experience in marketing or promotional campaign management

·Strong project management and communication skills

·A logical thinker who understands complex systems and processes

·Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·Familiarity with digital and traditional marketing channels
