Garment Exchange Policy

Caroline Eve Online Returns Policy

We understand buying clothes online can be tricky, as you’ve never felt the product or tried it on, that is why we have a lenient returns policy.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us ensuring that:

  • Garments have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way
  • Purchases can be returned within FOURTEEN DAYS of receipt of items
  • The labels and swing tickets are still attached to the garments by the nylon ties used by Caroline Eve
  • Proof of purchase receipts accompany the garment
  • Purchases can be returned within FOURTEEN DAYS of receipt of items

We will then replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method.

You are welcome to return your purchase to one of our stores – here they will offer you either an exchange, credit note, or refund to original credit card.

We do not accept in-store purchases to be returned to our Distribution Centre.


Faulty:
Our team carefully inspect each item, however if a fault is found with the fabric or manufacture of any garment, please let us know and we can send you a prepaid courier bag to return your purchase and we will offer an exchange, credit note or full refund.

Swimwear:
In the purchase of swimwear, we ask you to choose carefully, as there are no exchanges on swimwear due to health regulations, unless the item is faulty.

Caroline Eve Instore Returns Policy

We are happy to exchange purchases for another garment or issue a Credit Note or refund if the following criteria has been met:

  • Garments have not been worn, soiled or damaged in any way
  • Sale, Outlet, and Clearance stock cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The labels and swing tickets are still attached to the garments by the nylon ties used by Caroline Eve
  • Proof of purchase receipts accompany the garment
  • Non-sale purchases can be returned within FOURTEEN DAYS of purchase
  • Sale, Outlet, and Clearance stock cannot be returned or exchanged, so please choose carefully.

We can either offer to exchange your items, offer a Store Credit, or have the money direct credited into your New Zealand bank account.

If you pay by Laybuy.com we will return your purchase using this method.

A cash refund may be available for smaller purchases and will be at discretion of our Manager.

Completed layby returns are only valid for an exchange or store credit.

If you purchase the garment knowing there is a fault (the ticket will be marked either faulty or slightly imperfect), we cannot accept returns.

In the purchase of swimwear, we ask you to choose carefully, as there are no exchanges on swimwear due to health regulations, unless the item is faulty.
