The Role

We are seeking a permanent part-time Retail Assistant who thrives in a hands-on, customer-focused environment. This role works 29 hours per week, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10-4.30 and every Saturday from 11-4. Flexibility is key here as this role also covers while other team members are on leave, so we may need you to work on other days and hours as needed.

This role in store will:

Build authentic relationships with customers

Drive store sales performance through confident selling

Deliver memorable service every time

Support visual merchandising, store presentation, and uphold operational standards

Work on POS, including sales and stock movements

Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture

Work set rostered days and hours (including weekends and public holidays)

Provide additional cover for team members during leave

Working in retail requires flexibility, and reliability is essential. We support this with an agreed long-term roster that is planned in advance.

What We’re Looking For

A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and personal selling

Passionate about fashion and helping others feel and look their best

Confidence to engage and connect with a wide range of customers

Experienced in retail, hospitality, or customer service; however, we accept all backgrounds and experiences

Physically capable of standing for extended periods and managing stock (lifting, unpacking, replenishing)

Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn

A team mindset, we work in small stores, everyone does everything
