The Role
We are seeking a permanent Store Manager who thrives in a hands-on, customer-focused environment. The hours for this role are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9-5.At our stores, selling clothes is one part of the equation. Our favourite part is that we give real service that helps our customers feel confident, comfortable, and seen. We operate with a strong focus on customer experience, confidence, and teamwork. If you enjoy exceeding expectations rather than simply meeting them, you’ll fit right in.
This role in store will:
- Build authentic relationships with customers
- Drive store sales performance through confident selling
- Deliver memorable service every time
- Support visual merchandising, store presentation and uphold operational standards
- Work on POS including sales and stock movements
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
- Work set rostered days and hours
- Provide additional cover for team members during leave
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and personal selling
- Passionate about fashion and helping others feel and look their best
- Confidence to engage and connect with a wide range of customers
- Experienced in retail management, however we accept all backgrounds and experiences
- Physically capable to stand for extended periods and manage stock (lifting, unpacking, replenishing)
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- A team mindset, we work in small stores, everyone does everything
- Retail is rewarding — but it is also demanding. We value people who are resilient, proactive, and ready to contribute fully.
