There is a change coming in fashion, I’m not really talking about a style or colour, but more a trend towards a sense of style, or even a feeling. We have been noticing overseas and slowly here that people are craving to be better dressed and more glamorous when heading out.

I haven’t really mentioned the pandemic in any of my blogs, but I do think this has something to do with it. For so long we didn’t get dressed up - actually some days I’d have to say “did I even get dressed?”

During this bizarre time I certainly felt more comfortable wearing no makeup and we all got very relaxed about what we wore. Once we were out and about again, we were still wearing masks, so I don’t think we really felt like getting dressed up. Our efforts would have been lost and so admittedly the joy of wearing lipstick and gorgeous clothes became a bit lost too.

So with that well behind us now, we are looking for the joy in dressing up again and the feeling of glamour that clothes can give us, and believe me they do make us feel good. When you look good, you feel good.
