While in our Cambridge store changing things up for our new arrivals, I was delighted to see our new exciting check dresses arrive. Sometimes when we see new stock arriving it can feel a bit like Christmas and this was one of those days. It felt like Spring had finally arrived, and so have our eagerly awaited new season check dresses.

It is so nice to see new fresh, happy colours of spring in these dresses, and even if you haven’t worn a dress for a while this style is just such an easy style to wear. You can wear it casually with a cute sneaker or dress it up for something a bit more special. We have two styles this year for you to choose from, both having a nice little puff sleeve that covers the upper arms. There is the 3 tier fashionable style or our new button through tiered style, both stopping at a nice length for most of us, covering the legs but not the ankles.

Gingham is a very fashionable print this season and along with that we also have another check, The double check. The Gingham print comes in beautiful colourways of Olive/White, Sky/White, Cobalt/Sky, and of course Black/White. For something a bit different, I'm loving the Caramel/White double check, but again this style comes in Blue/White and Blue is very strong for the summer months as well as the popular Black and White.

Wear these dresses with ease in the spring and for now, a cute denim jacket would be a great addition until the warmer days arrive. The sneaker is the perfect accessory here but that’s all your personal choice. The hard part is choosing not only the print but also the colour, they are all such gorgeous colours that will not only give your wardrobe a lift but I’m sure your will feel lifted wearing them.
