This week is the first week of Spring and with that we see some new arrivals that are refreshing to see after a long winter of heavier jerseys and knitwear with higher necklines. This week we have had our new Ribbon Knitwear arrive in stores which is perfect for spring layering, and showing just a little more skin.

Coming in two styles that make for easy styling - there's a short drop sleeve style with a ‘’v’’ neckline, with some natural coloured buttons on the shoulder for an added feature. Then we have a jersey that has the boat neckline which is a firm favourite neckline of mine with 3/4 sleeves.

I personally love the jersey, as it’s a real classic and being so simple makes it’s so versatile to add to either pants, skirts or even jeans. You can easily add your own sense of style, with a loose scarf or a piece of jewellery, or you may even wish to wear a shirt with a collar until we get more into warmer weather. Both designs are a fine knit which makes them easy pieces to wear while looking very smart casual.

I would have a hard job to decide between the two colours - classic Navy or Olive. Both colours look fabulous with Denim, Chambray, White, Silver, or Taupes, making that decision even harder. Of course, Navy goes with just about everything but one of my favourite colour combinations is Olive and White. Just love ♥
